Your Responsibilities:

• Manage a range of client and colleague requests, including commercial building surveys, domestic and pre-acquisition surveys, heritage statements and heritage impact assessments.
• Prepare applications for listed building and planning purposes.
• Produce specifications and contract packs.
• Act in the capacity of PM and CA under the JCT suite of contracts.
• Assist more senior members of the team.
• Oversee contractors and liaise with clients and consultants.
• Nurture strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote a comprehensive range of services.
• Stay current with new legislation impacting building surveying.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Possess an understanding of relevant building surveying standards.

Qualifications:

• A relevant under or postgraduate qualification in Building Surveying or equivalent experience.
• A passion for historic buildings and sustainable practices.
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• CSCS card (a plus).
• Proficiency in CAD software is beneficial.
